Tap for All gives children of all abilities the opportunity to strengthen their hands, arms, and core while working both sides of their brain. For a child with sensory processing disorder, this also give immediate connection through auditory input and physical movement. I have seen my dancer find a new way to self regulate, have fun, work on tap technique, and strengthen their hands and brain by changing from right side to left and back again. What a fun way to strengthen their bodies and minds!
